Services and pricing

What is In-Home Care?

In-Home Care means a Caretakers caregiver comes to the client’s existing private home for scheduled hourly support. It does not include a room or housing through Loving Spaces.

What support can an in-home caregiver provide?

Support may include companionship, meals, light housekeeping related to care, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, dementia support, supervision, medication reminders, and family communication, according to the agreed care plan.

How much does In-Home Care cost?

In-Home Care ranges from $35–$55+ per hour. Most clients requiring regular hands-on care fall between $40–$50 per hour. The exact rate is determined after an individualized assessment of the assistance, supervision, scheduling, and staffing required.

Is there a minimum visit length?

Yes. In-home visits require a four-hour minimum.

Is weekend pricing different?

Yes. Weekend care is billed at the assessed hourly rate plus $5 per hour.

Do you provide overnight shifts?

No. Overnight in-home shifts are not available at this time.

Care planning and coordination

How do I begin In-Home Care?

Call Caretakers to discuss the support and schedule your family needs. We then complete a care assessment, confirm the hourly level and availability, and create an individualized care plan before services begin.

Can hospice or home health work alongside Caretakers?

Yes, when appropriate for the client’s needs. Caretakers can coordinate with hospice, home health, therapy, and other outside providers as part of an agreed care plan.

Can the hourly rate change?

Yes. The rate may be reassessed when mobility, cognition, behaviors, continence, supervision, equipment, scheduling, or staffing needs materially change.

Loving Spaces LLC

Housing & Daily Living

Questions about room rentals, furnishings, visitation, and outings in Loving Spaces homes.

Rooms and furnishings

Are Loving Spaces rooms furnished?

Yes. Private rooms are furnished with essential pieces such as a bed, nightstand, dresser, and seating. Personal furniture or sentimental items may be accommodated when space and safety allow.

What kind of bed is provided?

Rooms include an adjustable bed that can raise or lower and elevate the head or feet. Safety railings and controls are available based on the renter’s needs.

Visitation and outings

When can I visit my loved one at Loving Spaces?

Clients who are more cognitively able may receive visitors daily between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For clients who benefit from a more structured schedule, standard visitation is Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This helps protect daily routines, outside appointments, rest, and a calm home environment.

Can visits be arranged outside those hours?

Yes. We consider exceptions for out-of-town family, illness, birthdays, major family occasions, emergencies, or a significant change in condition. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Can Loving Spaces residents leave with family?

Yes. Families may arrange day trips or overnight outings. Please coordinate pickup and return times in advance so personal items and any necessary preparations can be handled.

Short-term residential stays

Does Loving Spaces offer short-term respite care?

Yes. Short-term residential stays are available based on room availability, assessed care needs, and our ability to provide safe, appropriate support.

How much does a respite stay cost?

For stays of 1–14 days, Standard Care is $300 per night and Enhanced Care is $400 per night. The appropriate care level is determined through an assessment before admission.

Are there additional respite fees or payment requirements?

A non-refundable $200 admission fee applies. Payment is due in full before arrival. Reservations may be canceled before arrival, but the admission fee remains non-refundable.

What happens if a respite stay extends beyond 14 days?

A stay of 15 days or longer transitions to the applicable monthly rate, subject to continued availability and an updated agreement.
